Eastgate Family Physicians is comprised of three independent Family Physicians: Dr. Fan-Wah Mang, Dr. Juanita Chan, and Dr. Ravinder Sohi. Dr. Mang, Dr. Chan and Dr. Sohi are practicing with each other in association only and not in partnership. Dr. Mang, Dr. Chan and Dr. Sohi have separate and individual practices and work independently of each other. Patients are rostered to their own physician but may be assessed as required by either of the other physicians in urgent situations. All queries must be addressed to the individual physician, and any payments for non-OHIP services must be paid to the responsible providing physician.
